continuing this series of rasterised letters experiments; this one is simply filling the letterform with a regular pattern of straight vertical lines.

Oh! This reminds me a workshop held by Van der Laan… the process was to draw pixel type and than scale it to 150, and redraw the pixels, etc… etc… than you have a curves and shapes which you didn’t imagine when you draw with pen… we made some few basic letters, but the process was great and surprising!
this guy is a Pixel freak and a good type designer, check it out!
